I loved this book. It is the perfect I have 2 hours and nothing to do and need a pick me up type of thing. Basiclly this is your typical HQ Presents alpha + Virgin = Baby book, but with a certain amount of humor and a lack of some of the typical trappings that it was just great.

First off the hero actually allows the heroine to interact with a man who she has a crush on, adn while he makes it clear he's not happy about it, he doesn't start issuing royal decreas or treat the heroine like she is his property. Meanwhile the heroine is a total ditz that you can't help but like her.

I wish that the authors today (Lyne Graham included) were able to infuse some humor into their stories, it seems like the books we get now are A + B = C with no extra little sparks included.

I would love to purchase this book on the kindle version.
All of the 4 and 5 star reviews seemed to have read the book on kindle.
I don't want to buy a Mills and Boon Comic. I don't think its fair to pay $6.00 for what looks like a manga.
Let tell you what that means for the western consumer
It means we are paying for what amounts to no more than 20pages of drawing and a summation of this novel.
Because it is impossible to convey the plot of this book, which has 300+ pages, in 20 pages filled with with not great artwork.
I respect manga in it's own field but this Mills and Boon Comics; a crossover from novel into manga, which is a waste of talent.
It should be free with a kindle book not sold separately. Manga is not the same as western comic art. Rather than spend money in hiring a manga artist and translator*, save your money Mills and Boon and just invest in a narrator for audiobooks.
*Translator because it's obvious that it was translated to another language for the circulation of the comic and then /back/ into english. WHY?
However, there are people would pay the money for this kinds of comic. If they are your target market, then you need to FIX THE LINK.
If i click on kindle version, I expect to have the kindle version ready for purchase and download.
this book is so funny that it will keep you in stiches, I wish Lynne Graham will write more like this. A great stress buster.
Just love this book it's a keeper.
I read the reviews before purchasing this and it sounded like a fun read involving a somewhat ditzy heroine who turns the hero from a cynical and aloof man into a real softie. But halfway through the story I was wondering when does he start getting friendly with the pets? When will he begin trying to charm the heroine? When does he attempt to win her love?

Did I miss something? I actually went back, mid-read, to scan portions because maybe my copy had missing pages. I even thought I had mistakenly ordered the wrong book. Well, eventually all this happens but it seemed to take place only in the last 20 pages of the book and up until then the characters were just unpleasant and forgettable. I guess I'll try to reread this because the bulk of it is really hard to remember.

One star because the writing was decent and sadly, another star, because older publications were actually EDITED.

Needless to say I have become very wary of 4 and 5 star ratings.
I had really high expectations for this book. It actually started well, i enjoyed it and it made me laugh severally. The moment they ended up in bed however, the story began to fizzle and became a tad annoying! I barely finished it. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because it's a Lynne Graham book.
This was my first time reading this book and I just felt like it was outddated with the language
I love this book. I love the chemistry and the dialogue between the main characters. It has some laugh out loud moments that are priceless. Lynne Graham is one of my favorite authors.
